Complaints
We are committed to dealing with complaints fairly and promptly. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please refer to our Complaints Procedure, which explains how to raise a complaint and how we will respond.
If you remain dissatisfied after receiving our final response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within the applicable time limit, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. In most cases, firms have up to 8 weeks to issue a final response. Customers then have 6 months from the date of that final response to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme
Eligible clients may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if an FCA-authorised firm is unable to meet its obligations. The level of protection depends on the type of business and the claimant’s eligibility. For investment business, protection is generally available up to £85,000 per eligible person per firm. Clients should check the current position directly with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, as protection levels and eligibility rules vary by claim type.
